This is a FANTASTIC opportunity for a Graduate who is now looking for your first English Teaching role and a route to complete your Teacher Training?
Prospero Teaching are looking for Graduates to Teach English to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students at a nurturing SEN School based in Farnborough, full time from September.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading English classes and providing supervision, along with the support of a Learning Support Assistant, to a group of 6-8 students. Whilst you will be gaining experience of Classroom Teaching, the School are willing to put the successful candidate through their Teacher Training!
The school, based in Farnborough, is state Special School for boys and girls aged from 4 to 16 and caters for students with varying levels of Learning Difficulties. The school boasts a supportive Senior Leadership Team who have created a fun, caring and nurturing environment.
The Successful Graduate will have/be:
Strong classroom management skills while providing an inclusive learning environment.
Confidence with teaching across all Key stages.
Excellent organisational skills.
Hold high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
Posses strong interpersonal skills while communicating with parents, pupils and staff.To be Eligible the Graduate must have/be:
Honours degree
Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
The ability to provide two professional references that cover the last two years of employment.
Hold a fully enhanced DBS certificates (child workforce only) that is registered to the Update Service, or be willing to complete one.Prospero Teaching can offer you:
