Job Title: IT Support engineer
Salary: Competative DOE
Location: Hertfordshire & Nationwide
Hours: Mon-Fri 0830am-1700pm
Duration: Perm
Start date: ASAP
We require an experienced IT person to join our company. This individual will have a good understanding of the IT infrastructure needed to support a fast paced and expanding business.
This person will have a broad knowledge of hardware and software and will be expected to attend sites nationwide to maintain and fix faults, swap out hardware, including PCs, telephones etc
There will be some patching to do from time to time at individual sites and fault finding.
A laptop will be provided to dial in to perfom remote desktop for all our employees.
Essential skills & Requirements
A minimum of 3 years IT experience within a medium sized company providing support.
Experince of troubleshooting technical issues including hardware, software, networking and connectivity.
Knowledge of Windows server (2008)
Proven track record of learning new technologies including customer specific software.
Full UK driving license.
Advantageous Qualifications/Certifications
Comp TIA , ITIL
Microsoft, Cisco or other industry renowned hardware
