We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior or Team Leader to help lead two fantastic teams in Radstock as Team Manager!
About the job:
You will be working for a wonderful ???UK charity that provides a wide range of highly person-centred care and support services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities. . ???As Team Manager you will provide leadership and guidance to two separate teams, within two, single-occupant supported living services.
Responsible for a team of 9 staff across the two services, you will work closely with and report to your Registered Service Manager to embed best practices within the homes. You will provide leadership, supervision, mentoring and development to team members and work in line with the charity's values of championing the rights of disabled people and supporting them to live a fulfilled life that is free from discrimination and barriers to participation. You will also spend some time working on-rota, providing hands on care and support to service users.
This is a full-time, permanent role working to a (mostly) 8am-4pm and 4pm-10pm shift pattern, with some weekend working involved.
Salary & Benefits:???
Salary for this role is GBP26,250 per annum, plus an additional GBP1353 in Essential Car User payments. Benefits include:
* ???20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with length of service

* Fully paid training and access to nationally recognised qualifications
* Excellent online shopping discount scheme
* Pension contribution
Requirements:
To apply for this role you will need to have proven leadership experience in a social care setting, ideally working within support services for individuals with disabilities / learning disabilities / mental health needs
You should hold NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent/working towards, and a driving license with your own vehicle will be essential.
