Front of House Supervisor
Due to continued expansion, our client have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Front of House Supervisor based in Reigate; RH20, to join their Hospitality & Events team.
The successful candidate will earn GBP24,000 - GBP25,000 per year depending on skills and experience.
The setting for this position is beautiful, boasting an amazing golf course and wedding venue, along with a unique outdoor waterside ceremony area which is surrounded by 153 acres of manicured countryside. This is a very exciting chance to be part of something special.
The role itself is a very creative and hands on position, working the back of house in the office carrying out administrative duties and front of house running and overseeing food and beverage daily operations.

Role Responsibilities
Typical duties will include:
To ensure that all customers are satisfied with the function or event, dealing with special requests, issues and complaints if and as they arise
Ensure that customers are served in the correct manner by professional and friendly staff
Assist in the service at all times within the F&B Department as requested
To liaise with your line manager as to the implementation and enforcement of all appropriate rules and operating procedure
To be a role model for junior staff in terms of attitude work ethic, service and knowledge
