We are currently supporting an NHS service based in Norwich with their need for a Digital Health Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the likelihood of further extensions.

Please note this role will require approximately 80% work on-site in the Norwich area

This role will be paid at a fixed rate of GBP12.48 per hour on a 37.5-hour working week and will be inside of IR35.

Applicants must have previous experience working in an administrative capacity in an NHS Setting.

Duties within the position will include:

  1. Support the overall Change Management and Transformation agenda as required, including supporting events such as quality improvement, Pathway mapping within the wider context of the Digital Health Strategy
  2. Promote the use of the new system within the Trust encouraging both data completeness and data quality
  3. Maintain good relationships with end users, acting on suggestions, contributing to the understanding and optimisation of system configuration options
  4. Act as a link between users and the wider Digital Programme Team to ensure user feedback is incorporated into future system changes and business processes and that system enhancements and business processes are effectively communicated to users
  5. Undertake analysis, interpretation and presentation of data and information to support planning and decision making of the new processes
  6. Conduct surveys, audits and benchmarking of systems/process and highlights discrepancies where appropriate, developing an action plan
  7. Ensure that new processes are developed in accordance with policies and procedures with particular focus on reducing waste
  8. Ensure all project, change and transformation documentation is produced in a timely and professional manner
  9. Work with the Digital Health Project Teams to address issues and concerns raised by end users
