Huntswood is looking for full-time Inbound Customer Service Advisors, and the role comes with a favorable OTE salary of GBP22,750 plus an amazing Welcome and Retention Bonus package up to GBP800
This amazing opportunity will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home with all equipment supplied, we just ask that you have an area to work and a suitable broadband/wifi connection.
To give you an idea of how this Customer Service Advisor role would feel, here are some of the things you could expect:
Inbound calls from our customers regarding car insurance - From new customers looking for a quotation to existing
customers looking to make a change
Achieve and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction and a small element of sales targets
Follow our system and regulatory scripting to achieve quality and compliance targets
Rotational shift pattern - 40 hours/5 days per week - Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pmTo succeed, you should be computer literate with remarkable customer call handling skills. This coupled with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving performance targets makes you more than suitable for our role.
In return for your talent and commitment, we're offering:
A joining salary of GBP20,800 with OTE up to GBP22,750, as well as a welcome and retention bonus
Extensive 8.5 week training journey - 3.5 weeks training, 1 week Model Office (putting things into practice) followed by 4 weeks 'Grad Bay' with floor support (virtual for home workers
GBP300 Welcome Bonus after the first stage of training completed
