If yes, we have the perfect role for you within our client based in Leeds.

We require a highly motivated sales administrator to fit into our busy Service Centre. This role offers the chance to work within a business where you will be challenged and can add immediate value with your skillset.

What they need from you:

* Communication- You must be able to adapt your communication style where necessary and be confident in speaking with candidates at the end of each week to keep them informed on client feedback

* Confident telephone manner - It is vital that candidates have a confident telephone manner to gain the trust of potential and existing clients and candidates

* Administration - Candidates will require a proven administration background, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

* Commercially aware - knowledge of commercial ferrous/non-ferrous metals, high performance alloys would be an advantage but is not essential

* Relationship builder - The ideal candidate would be adept at building and successfully maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

* Key Words - The ideal candidate would be confident, motivated, dependable, methodical, persistent, thorough with attention to detail and will be ambitious.

This Sales Administration role is suitable for an ambitious, hardworking individual with exceptional organizational skills.

Examples of your day-to-day role:

You would be working for the Service Centre Manager carrying out daily duties which include:

* Social media/marketing - creating/posting LinkedIn posts

* Using a Health and Safety platform - scanning on documents and general maintenance of the Service Centre

* Customs forms

* Liaising with warehouse regarding orders, warehouse maintenance, machinery etc

* Chasing Purchase Orders

* Use courier company software to add deliveries, retrieve delivery info & track deliveries, analysing invoices and contacting credit control with any issues

* Daily invoice runs

* Sending Proof of Deliveries, scanning Proof of Deliveries and daily vehicle mileage

* Organising carriers for orders and interbranch deliveries

* Liaising with suppliers

* Organising workplace maintenance

* Filing

* Confirming orders, collections

* Print and manage reports

* Deal with accounts and aged debts (receiving and logging remittances, sending accounts statements, advising on outstanding monies etc)

Benefits/ Details

* GBP22 - GBP25k (based on experience - to be discussed at interview)

* Working hours 08:30 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday

* Pension
