We're recruiting for an Administrator & PA role for the Mayor of the Whitehill Town Council, in Bordon. The main responsibilities are:
* To provide administrative support to the Town Clerk, Deputy Town Clerk and other staff members
* To assist with preparation with meeting agendas, inviting meeting attendees, distributing meeting paperwork to attendees
* Take receipt, log major and minor grant applications and associated documents, consulting with applicants as required to ensure correct documentation is presented to the Council
* To monitor the Council's website and social media page daily and update the website and social media accounts in accordance with requirements
