Print Finisher

A forward-thinking company has an opportunity for an experienced Print Finisher to help with all aspects of print finishing, including sewing and packing. Along with a salary of up to GBP23,000 per annum, you will also receive a company pension, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), working from modern offices located on the outskirts of Northampton with free onsite parking. As a Print Finisher, your responsibilities will include:

• Driving a forklift truck for picking and packing
• Operating a film laminator to laminate both roll and rigid substrates
• Operating a B??rkle liquid laminator
• Vinyl application/mounting
• Signing assembly and assembly of exhibition graphic displays
• Using packaging tools to pack products suitably for either customer collection of courier service
• Using production management system to view customer jobs, due dates and identify priorities

We are looking for a Print Finisher who has the following skills and experiences:

• Strong good communication skills
• A forklift truck licence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• To be active and fit for carrying and helping to load media onto the printer
• Willingness to help out in all aspects of production, as and when required
• Print finishing experience is beneficial, although some training can be given
• Experience of print operating/minding would be beneficial.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, between 08:00-16:30, with a 30-minute lunch bank.
