Senior Technical Writer required by a growing FinTech company based in Guildford. The company are going through a large growth phase and looking for a Senior Technical Writer to take ownership of their online documentation repository.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and publish content to support new features and releases
  • Gather, edit, and publish subject-specific knowledge from SMEs about best practices, tips and techniques
  • Overall ownership of the companies' documents platform
  • Review and enhance documentation standards

Key experience:

  • Previous experience in the production of online/technical documentation
  • Software application experience
  • Ability to build relationships with technical subject matter experts
  • Experience of working in an Agile development environment
  • Knowledge of Markdown language or similar authoring protocols

Any experience within Investment Banking or FinTech would be very advantageous.

The company are flexible with remote working and happy with 1-2 days a week in the office.
