Onsite Night Shift Co-ordinator
Petersfield
Job type: Temp to Perm
Pay rate: GBP12 per hour
4 nights per week to include a Sunday 8pm - 2am (Flexibility on hours and days will be considered)
On site co-ordinator main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Monitor and manage absence and attendance of temporary workers
Carry out return to works
Assisting the client and first aiders in reporting any work-related incidents and taking non-work-related incident statements.
Motivating the Temporary Workers, supporting with pay and general queries relating to their assignment
Dealing with conduct, investigation and disciplinary meetings related to the temporary workers
Flexible approach to the workday
Required Experience and Skills:
Ideally, demonstrable experience of working in a similar role
Proven customer service skills in a busy fast paced environment
Excellent relationship management skills
Good communication skills and strong PC skillsincluding Word and Excel
Prioritise and multi-tasking
Attention to detail
Process-oriented
Resilient
