We are currently working with a plant and haulage operator company to find a hire desk operator. The company has been around for over 40 years, achieving high rates of success due to its company of "being the best" and getting things "right the first time, due to this they have got contracts in civil engineering, rail engineering, earthworks and many more.

More on the Hire Desk Role???
* Taking hire enquiries from our non-Key Account customers - primarily resourcing core equipment due to no internal availability or items that we do not run on our fleet
* Supply good advice on products available, or alternative options
* Completing quotation on our Syrinx System
* Engaging with suppliers to negotiate to price and building strong relationships
* Ensuring all queries are resolved within a timely manner
* Work closely with all other Depots and Departments to ensure hire demands are met, including logistics, recruitment, and credit control
* Administrative Tasks such as processing off hired, red pen checks and excel reporting
