Our client has a fantastic position for a 2 Kitchen Stewards to join the team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To be aware of and comply with company and legal requirements including health, safety and hygiene.
2 To ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with departmental working instructions.
3 To ensure that the kitchen and associated areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition.
4. To ensure all chemicals and cleaning produce are used as directed by the manufacturer and in accordance to the training given.
5 To maintain records for all cleaning duties undertaken during shift.
6. To use and maintain equipment in the department as trained and to report immediately any faults to the Duty Chef.
7. To ensure all Personal Protective Equipment is used in accordance to training.
8. To carry out any other reasonable task as requested by your supervisor or a member of the Management Team.
