Top Chef are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to work within a busy branded restaurant in Bangor, this is a permanent position working 45 hours per week, including weekends.
Job responsibilities will include full kitchen management, training, developing and nurturing the kitchen brigade to their full potential. Ensuring that all compliance checks have been completed on time and reported any irregularities to the Line Manager.
