HR Assistant - 38170
Pay Rate: up to GBP15.49/hr Ltd - Inside IR35 (PAYE option available)

Contract Position based at: Whitley
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for supporting employees with transactional HR processes.
Skills Required:
Previously worked in HR Advisory roles where you have been required to understand company policies and procedures and help the employee to understand these policies.
Ability to follow a set process, whilst still offering personalised service on an individual basis.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Experience Preferred:
Previously worked in a HR shared Service Environment.
Knowledge of employment law.
Working knowledge of a query management ticketing system - preferred CloudforService (C4S).
Working knowledge of HR systems e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors CIPD Qualified.
