We have a permanent position for a Service Coordinator in the Sleaford area. Hours of work are 5 days out of 7 working 9am - 3.30pm.
Duties included in this role are:
* To gather and process data to provide service specific activity reports to support the monitoring requirements of funders and to evidence service outputs/outcomes.
* To support with the monitoring of finances and preparation of monthly finance accounts.
* Support referral processes in accordance with the needs of the service.
* Act as a first point of contact for service users, families and professionals.
* Answering calls and responding to enquiries via email.
* To coordinate activity in line with the needs of the service, such as group work, large meetings and events.
* To support the production and dissemination of service specific information to service users, carers and external stake holders.
* To build and maintain positive, effective professional working relationships with internal and external customer.
Experience in a fast paced administrative role is essential for this. A Level 3 Diploma in Business Admin and/or working towards an IT qualification is desirable.
