I am working with a long standing and respected legal company based in central Southampton to find a talented IT Systems Engineer to work with their legal, business & IT teams to provide support and administration to a wide range of business systems and applications.

The role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2+ years experience of working within an IT support function of a professional services style business.

The purpose of the role is to enable the legal and business teams to perform their roles efficiently. You will provide IT Systems Support, Data Reporting & Analysis, Business Processes Support, Issue resolutions & escalation, Software Support & Testing and a range of service desk support queries indicative of an IT support role.

Key Responsibilities:-
Analysis of systems software issues and providing solutions
System Mailbox processing including issue and problem logging, management and resolution
System administration of the companies' IT & Business systems - CRM etc
Data accuracy is of paramount importance and the role is required to review and maintain system data.

Skills & Experience Required:-
Experience of IT Systems & Apps Support and a desire to acquire/develop deeper IT technical skills
Experience of using Microsoft Office to an advanced level
Experience of database technologies - exposure to MS SQL (desirable, but not essential).
Excellent attention to detail and able to work within a fast paced environment to agreed timescales
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
