Full-time Recruitment Resourcer

is required for a provider of Health and Social Care services, based here in Swindon. This is a full-time job working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) and is best suited to a candidate with previous recruitment and resourcing employment experience. Offering a pro-rata salary of GBP22,000, this position will utilize all previous experience, whilst allowing plenty of room for career progression and self-development.

You will be a self-motivator, someone who can 'think outside the box, consistently looking at new and innovative ways of advertising and profiling career opportunities, all aimed at placing local people into The Care Sector.

Acting as the initial point of contact for applicants who are seeking employment, you will manage the whole onboarding process, which consists of handling all initial applications, providing career advice, conducting detailed telephone interviews and assessments, arranging interviews, and assisting with the employment offer stage. You will have responsibility for obtaining employment references, conducting DBS Disclosure requirements, managing training requirements plus maintaining an effective and compliant filing system.

Naturally, you will have proven Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams experience in the maintenance of high-quality administration, diary management, meeting attendance, and complex reporting in line with CQC regulations.
