Production Operative, Midsomer Norton BA3
Pay Rate: GBP9.50 per hour Standard - OT Rate of GBP10.75-GBP11 per hour
Working Hours:
- 07:00-15:00 - Standard Rate
- 06:00-14:00 - OT Rate of GBP10.75ph paid between 06:00-07:00.
- 14:00-22:00 - OT Rate of GBP10.75ph paid between 17:00-22:00
- Saturday Shifts - OT Rate of GBP11ph

The Role
The Production Operative responsibilities include keeping the production area, machinery and equipment clean, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
Duties:
- Following health and safety standards.
- Following the company's food safety standards and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembling products.
- Supply production lines with products.
- Stack completed products onto pallets.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Operating machinery and production line equipment.
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
