Locum Social Worker - Duty & Assessment
Achieving for Children is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join their Duty and Assessment Team.
This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Social Worker will have knowledge and experience working in a Duty or Referral and Assessment Team.
The key to success in this role is to be able to hold previous experience undertaking assessments which allow clear plans to be created and intervention to be carried out effectively.

Your responsibilities as an Assessment & Intervention Social Worker:
Experience within Duty or Referral and Assessment or Intervention team
Experience of keeping and maintaining records and producing accurate reports
Knowledge of the legal powers and key duties required when safeguarding children and young people, including key legislation both locally and nationally
Short Term Case handling, i.e., 12 Weeks
Requirements of you as a A&I Social Worker:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
Have competent knowledge and experience of work within Duty or Referral & Assessment
A valid UK Driving Licence and vehicle is required
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire
Umbrella pay rate: GBP42.00
