Private Client Tax Semi Senior

Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Semi Senior opportunity with a highly progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in High Wycombe.

This is an opportunity for an ATT Qualified individual looking to progress their career with a firm that offers plenty of flexibility and the opportunity to work with a high profile client base.

The role involves the preparation of personal and capital gain tax computations, corresponding with HMRC and handling any client queries that arise. The successful candidate will be assisting/ managing a diverse and interesting portfolio of private clients including trusts, partnerships, HNWIs and non-UK doms.

Study support will be available for the successful individual to complete the CTA Qualification, with a view to becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor. Part time/ reduced hours will also be considered.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting/ Managing a portfolio of clientsPreparation of Self Assessment tax returnsCalculating tax liabilitiesPreparation of capital gains computationsPreparation of P11DsCorresponding with HMRC as requiredLiaising directly with clientsAssisting with ad hoc advisory work as the role developsDealing with client queries

Requirements:

ATT Qualified or CTA Student/ part QualifiedMinimum of 2 years' personal tax experience (ideally)Practice experience is essentialStrong written and verbal communication skills
