Reporting / Data Analyst Dublin 9 months initial contract Hybrid - Flexible 3 days on-site and 2 days WFH (Once equipment has been set up)My high-profile banking client are recruiting for a Trade Support Middle Office - Analyst to work in the Dublin based offices on an initial 9-month contract with the possibility to extend the contract and eventually becoming permanent. Graduates welcome to apply.The TeamGlobal Vendor Management (GVM) provides enterprise-wide vendor management execution, including development and implementation of compliance and governance measures. GVM provides oversight and management of third-party relationships, including the management of EVM/VM teams, ensuring compliant execution of the Third-Party Enterprise Policy requirements. GVM Nott Organisation is responsible for the oversight and management of the Third-Party relationships within Global Banking & Markets business and operations organisations as well as managing GVM employees supporting T & O in International locations.The control team within the GVM Nott Organisation is responsible for the following activities -* Management of FMU / Partner Bank / TESS Inventory scheduling, status and performance metrics* Tempo migration project - existing process in Share Point.Responsibilities include:* Preparation of governance materials for review and challenge meetings, regional forums and Third-Party Network Management Forums through co-ordination with the assessment team and control partners* Updating of assessment tracker and metrics for management reporting* Creation of regional vendor portfolio governance materials including co-ordination and analysis of all red / amber metrics for reporting.* Reporting metrics to the various operations, banking and markets governance routines* Vendor Inventory Management including tracking of Partner entities.If you do not hear back from us within 72 hours please assume you have not been shortlisted this time.
