Our client is looking for an Account Manager to work in the existing sales team. The role will be to seek new business opportunities within a set of existing customers and focusing on success and customer retention as well helping them navigate through a complex IT landscape and aligning the Cloud Manged, Technical services and industry leading solutions from the Technology Vendors. This means being ambitious, fearless as well as pragmatic will stand you apart when driving outcome-based sales that deliver value leading to long standing relationships built on trust.

To be successful in this role, you should have 2 years previous experience in a customer facing sales roll achieving and surpassing sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities & Requirments

* Responsible for delivering against revenue targets either on his/her own, or as part of virtual sales team within an existing customer base.

* Responsibility for outbound sales prospecting and opportunities, regular and consistent calling of customers and promotion of products and services.

* Work closely with field sales and specialist teams to deliver opportunities

* Accurately forecast business KPI's to management teams

* Identify opportunities to sell to new stakeholders and customers

* Recognises and delivers against opportunities for business growth via a multi-channel approach.

* Is responsible for closing own contracts, as well as engaging with others/specialists to deliver customer requirements as necessary e.g., Field Account Management team, Contract renewals team for existing accounts.

* Acts as the desk-based point of contact for the customer/partner developing long term customer relationships.

* Proven inside sales experience with a minimum of 2 years experiences within a sales roll

* Track record of over-achieving quota

* Strong phone and meeting presence

* Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools, MS Teams

* Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills

* Analytical and a fine attention to detail

* Strong listening and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualifications

* BA/BS degree or equivalent
