On behalf of an established Wealth Management Partnership (FTSE 100 company) based in Edinburgh we are recruiting for an experienced Administrator.
Provide full administration support to the Director and Practice Team.
Typing, sorting post, answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages as and when appropriate.
Making telephone calls to providers and clients.
Arrange or re-arrange client appointments.
Filing and ensuring future contact dates are made, recorded and kept.
Act as a point of contact for all Compliance, Head Office and Administrative matters
Ensure that all case administration is completed including collation of paperwork
Chase pipeline business from various providers.
General office duties - faxing, photocopying, block mailing, emailing and constructing and issuing bespoke letters and literature.
Perform administration duties associated with Seminars, Meetings and Exhibitions.
Reception work - greet clients and make refreshments
Stationery - keep a suitable supply of regularly used items such as application forms, key features and brochures within the office
Support the Director with producing illustrations and mailshots
Ensure all files and systems are backed up and virus protection is up to date
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
Good communication - face to face, email and telephone
Strong team player who uses own initiative
Personable and hardworking
