Page Personnel are recruiting a Credit Control Specialist to join a well established and growing business based in Altrincham.
Description
As a Credit Control Specialist, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for management of invoicing and aged debt reporting for the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: checking credit ratings with the bank; responding to and resolving credit queries; chasing debt via telephone and email; negotiating repayment plans; escalating issues as they arise; aged debt monitoring and reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a Credit role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have strong organisational skills - Essential
