2020 Recruitment are working with our Engineering client who are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to their team based in the Portlethen area of Aberdeen.
This will initially be a 6 month contract and the successful applicant will be working in the office on a full time basis.

The Role
The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a pivotal role supporting the Regional Talent Acquisition Team with the day-to-day activities of the hiring process and taking responsibility for the majority of the support tasks that are key to a smooth recruitment process and a quality hiring manager/candidate experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
* Support the delivery of a quality Talent Acquisition service and contribute to the wider Talent Acquisition strategy and objectives
* Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with the interview and hiring process as needed from initial job requisition posting through to verbal offer acceptance
* Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers for contingent worker hiring
* Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate reporting
* Support the wider regional Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks
* Schedule and coordinate phone, in-person, and video interviews for candidates
* Manage all job advertisements across all digital platforms as defined by the Talent Acquisition Specialists
* Track and record employee referral bonuses
Requirements
To be considered for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you must have the following skills & experience:
* Working knowledge within a high volume, cross functional recruitment environment
* Ability to create and track individual and metrics
* HND Business or Technical subject
* Experience and knowledge of the oil and gas industry would be an advantage

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be offered the following:
* Hourly rate of GBP13.33
