Position - Commercial Administrator
Location - Nottingham
Reporting to - Commercial Manager
Desired Experience & or Qualifications
GCSE Maths at Grade C/4 and above or equivalent
* Demonstrate competent IT Skills to include Microsoft Office
* Demonstrate relevant commercial experience
* Experience in IFS software or similar financial reporting system (desirable)
* Experience of facilities management or a related service industry (desirable)
Typical Duties
Our client is a national Facilities Management company who are seeking a Commercial
Administrator in Nottingham. The role will include:
* Prepare monthly valuation and supporting information to the Client
* Assist is answering any queries which may arise and provide any further backup or supporting information
* Assist with preparation of Interim Payments and Final accounts
* Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to ensure timely submission of invoices
* Monitor and update reports for invoicing KPI's
* Collate invoice back up information for Client when requested
* Have the ability to work independently and on own initiative
* Adapt to include any other duties requested by Senior Management staff
* Preferably have previous experience of working within a Quantity Surveying/Finance team
