Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer who has been operating for over 70 years is currently recruiting 2 Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join their team near Norwich, Norfolk. There are 2 shifts available, both are working 12 hours days and nights, one on a Panama shift and the other Monday-Thursday. For this, you will receive a salary of GBP41,000 - GBP42,000, 25 days annual leave, discount on high-street brands and a great company pension.
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to
* Maximise machine output and maintain manufacturing processes in a fast pace and busy production environment
* Continuously improve manufacturing processes to maximise safety, quality and productivity of production lines
* Provide engineering and operational support to manufacturing processes
* Complete machine setting and repairs to achieve optimal product specification and machine performance
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
* Monitor machinery condition and carry out all essential repairs
* Promote the TPM approach, working on various engineering projects
* Respond to minor and major breakdowns
Required experience
* Must have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Strong electrical fault-finding experience
* To be qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 in engineering
