Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk (outskirts, transport is essential)
Salary: GBPcompetitive DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm / 37.25 hours per week
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based in the outskirts of Newmarket is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team and provide an outstanding service to their clients.
As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
Order processing
Maintainning accurate data on company system
Responding to and resolving customer queries
Updating computer system
Keeping customers updated with stock availability
Liasing with customers in Ireland
Arranging certification for transporting goods
General administration as required.
An ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator will have:
Previous sales administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong IT skills, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
This position will require occasional travel.
