Company Secretarial Consultant - Exeter GBP38,000 - GBP45,000

An award-winning company secretarial provider is looking for 3 x Company Secretarial Consultants to join the statutory compliance team, on a hybrid basis, working 1-day per week in its south west office. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, including high-profile listed companies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Corporate, registered office and corporate administration services to a wide array of clients
• Providing advice and guidance on corporate governance best practice to a diverse portfolio of clients
• Advising clients on compliance with the Companies Act 2006 and other regulations
• Drafting and reviewing minutes, where necessary
• Use of Diligent Entities to maintain company registers and make filings to Companies House
• Assisting colleagues with their caseload
• Working with senior members of the team on proposals and contracts for new clients
• Ad hoc contract review for existing clients

KEY SKILLS:

• Ideally CGI qualification or equivalent and/or statutory compliance experience
• Genuine passion for and experience in statutory compliance and experience gained in the professional services sector
