Due to business expansion, we are looking for a Business Administrator to support our Projects and Sales team with day to day administration tasks.
Job Role:
* To ensure all information is available at handover stage to allow deliverables to be submitted into the system.
* To create deliverables using the handover information and schedule in line with ACS workload and customer delivery schedules.
* Create and send customer project updates via a project report upon request.
* Constant monitoring of the approvals email to ensure comments and approvals are attached to the relevant tasks and dated in line with schedules.
* Facilitate the administration of the client portals. Including uploading and the downloading of consultant's comments (working alongside the Portals Manager).
* Monitoring the out for approval workload and notify the relevant Project Managers to help avoid any delays to programme (work alongside the Project Management Team).
* To attend the project pipeline forecasting meetings to ensure figure requirements are tied into task requirements. Monitor the 'approved not yet manufactured' list and advise line manager of any discrepancies. Monitor the hours assigned to design reviews and adjust in line with the planning and resources manager.
* Collate and send the required O&M information upon request.
* General administration duties, including but not limited to; pinned notes, tasks movements, date changes and portal admin.
