Salary up to GBP28,000 pa
HB Commercial is seeking a German-speaking Technical Support Analyst. Our growing client is vastly developing on an International scale and are seeking a German-speaking Technical support Executive.
You will be providing a variety of support via the telephone, emails and web chat to existing and potential customers, assisting with problem diagnosis and providing customer excellence.
Roles and responsibilities but not limited to
*To ensure that all reported problems are logged correctly and that problem records are kept up to date, allowing other analysts to use this information to quickly gain knowledge of the problem status and for reports to be used to learn about common issues.
*To ensure that all customers questions and problems are dealt with and resolved quickly and in a professionally manner.
*To assume ownership and responsibility for problems ensuring that any input from the customer, Development and / or any other party is requested correctly and received within the agreed timescale, chasing a response where necessary.
*To manage the customer's expectations throughout the lifecycle of their problem through regular communication, and in addition, wherever possible, keeping the relevant sales parties informed.
*To escalate to a senior member of staff where appropriate any problems or issues that cannot be resolved satisfactorily within the agreed guidelines or have important commercial prospects.
Although my client operates out of its HQ in Peterborough, they are happy to offer hybrid working with a visit to the offices once a month.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am -5.30pm and 5pm on a Friday.
