At this legal 200 firm you will join an established inheritance & trusts disputes team based across Devon & Cornwall.
You will already be a solicitor or legal executive with some contentious probate experience. Trainee Solicitors coming up to qualification (with some exposure to contentious probate) should definitely get in touch.
You may have already touched upon matters relating to claims against estates, division of assets and other contentious probate matters. With assistance from the existing team, you will be looking to build your confidence advising on will validity claims, contentious Court of Protection work and proprietary estoppel.
The work here is good quality and often complicated.
