We are looking for a highly creative 'blue sky' thinking to join our client and their established team as Film and Motion Director. This is a key role within the business with plenty of variety and creative input for a forward thinking, experienced candidate. The team have a genuine passion for collaborative, inter-disciplinary design work and their clients range from leading entertainment, fashion, tech and retail companies. They have established themselves as leading force within their areas of expertise and at this moment in time they are on a period of growth.

Experience
* Must have location and studio shoot experience (shooting, directing and orchestrating shoots as part of a team or alone).
* Experienced in leading, managing and mentoring a team.
* Relevant industry experience working at a similar level and a similar environment
* Industry sector knowledge would also be advantageous
Skills
* Must have a sound knowledge of technical equipment, as well as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and C4D.
* Must have an excellent understanding of the post-production process.
* Strong communication skills on all levels
* Able to lead by example and motivate
