PPD Clinical Research Services Strategic Feasibility team has developed a novel approach to accessing sites and patients-a new approach grounded in clinical innovation that puts the focus on patients. We have an exciting opportunity to join our global team as an *Associate Feasibility Strategist.* This position provides input to departmental strategy and the ongoing innovation of the range of feasibility services.

Job Description:

The Associate Feasibility Strategist sources and analyzes data to develop site and patient strategies for proposals and conduct strategic site identification assessments. Manages smaller feasibility offerings, including pre-award efforts and post-award Site ID assessments, from the Request for Proposal stage through the end of the site ID process, delivering accurate and robust data-driven strategies to drive a successful study endpoint. Develops and builds strong relations with all internal and external customers, ensuring clear communication channels are maintained at all times.

* Develops and presents site and patient strategies by researching and analyzing data, writing proposal text and serves as functional bidder for assigned RFPs or in support of RFPs assigned to the department.
* Manages awarded small scale feasibility offerings by confirming or revising the site and patient strategy and scope of work through discussions with the client and cross functional team members, overseeing creation of the optimal site profile, creating site assessment surveys, reviewing data from sites, determining parameters for tiering sites and providing PSV recommendations.
* Assists with ad hoc requests for departmental initiatives, including gathering updates and reporting performance metrics.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years').

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Strong and effective time management skills
* Capable of multitasking and effectively interacting with cross functional teams, including senior level staff, to influence adherence to feasibility reporting timelines and associated client deliverable requirements
* Basic working knowledge of biomedical and clinical trial concepts
* Good grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills
* Good problem solving, organizational, and data mining/research skills
* Capable of interpreting and presenting complex data in preparing a coherent written document
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and other applicable software packages
* Good prioritization and time management skills, flexibility to adapt to changes in work duties, responsibilities, and requirements
* Capable of working independently with limited supervision
* Good analytical and critical thinking skills
