We are looking for people who are passionate about education with excellent behaviour management who can quickly build rapport with students and teachers alike.

The Ideal Candidate would -
Support students with their learning by ensuring pre-planned work is completed
Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
Have a specialist Subject
Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
Have strong communication skills
Have a good behaviour management skills.
A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
