Start: ASAP Location: Outskirts of Cambridge Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday with the choice of either 6am - 2pm or 10am - 6pm Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience Duration: Permanent position Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Life Assurance, Uniform provided, Pension contribution, team & social events Please note this position is working on the plant equipment based outside - so if your not an outdoors person then this isn't for you. What you will be doing: - Complete scheduled PPM to ensure downtime is minimised - Deal with any machinery breakdowns quickly and efficiently - Complete fault finding and diagnostic checks both mechanically and electronically on plant machinery - Continuously looking to improve procedures and processes - Ensure paperwork is completed and kept updated, breakdown reports and Engineering worksheets - Organising quotations for parts and spares required for repairs of machinery About you: - Confident with Electrical and Mechanical fault finding and diagnostics - Able to work with heights and confined spaces - Read and understand Engineering drawings - Excellent problem solver - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Technical mindset If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
