About the Role
Working in accordance with Accrol’s principles and values you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours. Our Line Operatives need the ability to perform well in a busy team. You will also work closely and communicate with the wider site operational employees including the Warehouse team.
You will play a key role in manufacturing our products and will make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do. In the role your duties will include, but are not limited to, working as part of a team across a designated area of the converting lines, maintaining established housekeeping, Health & Safety and Quality Standards and supporting continuous improvement activity as directed.
This is an exciting role that requires a proactive and motivated attitude to ensure we supply a World Class customer service.
About You
It is important that our Production Line Operatives work together and stay motivated. You need to be smart enough to work independently and be trusted with the tasks you are given whilst being bold enough to report any issues and be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes. There is opportunity to progress through a structured grading framework for any of our operatives who demonstrate the right drive and determination.
