BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Contract: Permanent, part-time – 31.25 hours pw x 39 weeks pa
Salary: Grade C - Plymouth SCP 5 - 7 (Actual pro-rata salary £14,214.56 - £14,788.93) (FTE Salary £19,650 - £20,444)
We are looking for a talented individual to help foster a caring & supportive learning environment for our young people. Your experience of pastoral care will place our learners’ welfare at the heart of the school. The role will involve providing student support within our behaviour support system. The successful candidate will work alongside the Student Behaviour Improvement Manager, to deliver an effective system in a large school. The ability to work flexibly across all age groups & the confidence to deal with challenging behaviours is essential.
