We are now recruiting a Digital Sales Lead to enhance our growth journey and deliver success across our Telesales teams, through strategic training of our Telesales Execs and assisting in the identification of new and organic business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

We will need you to help in transforming our Telesales Hubs into a digital-first advertising solutions operation
You will deliver our digital sales training strategy across the Hub
You will further develop and deliver the digital commercial sales strategy across the Hub which compliments our Commercial strategy
You will be responsible for delivering and driving revenue performance of digital commercial platforms through our local direct sales teams
Another primary focus of your roles will be to develop our sales teams with digital expertise, to support digital growth and revenue performance, building a positive and engaged work environment
You will support the sales team to retain and grow our Growth Accounts
You will be an expert in all matters digital, both internally and externally, not limited to our environment
Your passion to lead and embed a digital-first culture within the sales team will be at the forefront of your day

  • You are highly commercially focused, with the ability to contribute to our digital vision, strategy and plan for a legacy organisation
  • You will bring experience of working and influencing effectively across all levels in a matrix environment
  • You will be a digital subject matter expert; constantly learning and sharing insight
  • You have the ability to lead in an environment of constant change
  • You are creative and innovative mindset
  • You will bring a strong, demonstrable sales background, with proven results and a true understanding of the 'consultative sales' approach
  • You will have good financial business acumen
  • You will have knowledge of management and leadership styles, and how styles should be adapted to ensure you are maximising the true potential of your teams
  • You will have knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management
  • Will have demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organisation's management team that provides leadership and direction

Package Description
  • Salary of up to £32,000, with OTE earnings up to £50,400
