An experience HSE & Quality Compliance Administrator is required for a 14 month contract to support and assist the EnEHS Compliance Manager and the Quality Compliance Manager to ensure the Companies ISO accreditations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO9100 & AS9120 are maintained.
Main purpose of the role:
* Support the EnEHS and Quality Compliance Managers in maintaining and improving the ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, ISO9001, AS9100 & AS9120 accreditations and related management systems.
* Conduct internal systems and process audits to ensure business wide compliance to our policies and objectives.
* Support maintenance of the company's EnEHS and Quality management systems, manual, policies, procedures, objectives, targets and all other associated documentation.
* Support review of compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements relating to quality standards, systems, and processes.
* Provide support for customer requests for quality systems information.
* Administration of the companies Quality management systems (Q Pulse).
* Completion of detailed audit reports, risk analysis, NCRs, root cause and CAPA as part of continual Improvement.
* Support the Company's environmental risk assessment programme.
* Provide support when dealing with emergency situations where there is an environmental consequence.
* Support all aspects of energy and waste management.
* Support the contractor approval scheme.
* Support legal compliance for statutory inspections through liaison with maintenance and other departments.
* Monitor activities of sub-contractors working on site, to ensure that they fully comply with environmental legislation.
* Support for the Carbon Neutral programme.
* Identify areas of non-compliance within the businesses pre-defined procedures.
* Creation of First Article reports IAW AS9102 liaising with customer services, manufacturing, and Standards room to support timely release of products.
* Administration of the document archiving process. (Power Retrieve)
Key skills/Knowledge:
* Working knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, ISO9001, AS9100 & AS9120
* Working knowledge or appreciation of Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation, aerospace standards and appropriate quality requirements.
* A proven ability for attention to detail.
* At least 2 years' experience of ISO knowledge and auditing skills in a manufacturing environment.
* Internal Auditor trained to ISO 14001, 45001, 50001, ISO9001, AS9100 & AS9120.
