Role: Business Analyst
Salary: GBP40k
Location: Norwich -(Hybrid option)
Job Purpose
To work with the wider business to capture requirements, resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement using IT and streamlined business processes. You will help shape business requirements and processes and involved in the end-to-end delivery of solutions - both large project and small enhancements. While the scope of the role covers the whole business, it is expected that the role will specialise in the functional space.

Accountabilities
Business analysis - strategic projects
•Capturing and shaping requirements for future IT systems,
Business analysis - tactical projects
•Analysing and investigating issues with the current systems to determine root cause issues
Change management
•Act as catalyst of change within the organisation, proactively identifying and exploring opportunities for process and systems improvement
•Supporting end users through business change and adapting to new systems and processes
Project management
•Assisting in the production and updating of project documentation, such as benefits cases and project definitions
•Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the deployment of new solutions and fixes is done to agreed time, cost and quality metrics
Communication
•Engaging and supporting stakeholders (both internal and external to the organisation), through appropriately tailored communications
