Job Title - Production Shift Leader
Location - Great Yarmouth
Salary & Benefits - Depending on experience
Shift Pattern - Early and late shifts - Monday - Friday
I have an exciting opportunity to join an independent, family -run business founded nearly 60 years ago, as a Production Shift Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has experienced within a FMCG environment, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list)
• Leading the production team to ensure weekly production plans are met
• Ensure products are produced to the expected quality in accordance with company procedures
• Build relationships with the team and wider business
• Liaise with the relevant departments to resolve day - day problems
• Create, review and update production procedures when required
The ideal candidate will have the following experience -
• Strong background in a leadership role within a FMCG environment
• Self - motivation with a proactive can do approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating reports
• Experience with continuous improvement
• Experience of individual performance management (appraisals and supervisions)
