RSE are currently recruiting for a HR and Recruitment Admin to join our existing team in our new Inver-ness Office. Your role will involve being responsible for assisting with the administration of documenta-tion within the HR and Recruitment functions. This will include creating, maintaining, monitoring and updating personnel records. In addition, the post holder will support with the administrative side of our Recruitment process. It will also involve liaising with the HR Team, as well as other managers / supervi-sors within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating, issuing and recording the return of employment contracts
• Navigate the HR system and update information
• Assist with responding to any first line enquiries relating to Human Resources
• Support with the posting and removing of recruitment vacancies
• Support with the maintenance and management of the Recruitment database
• Assist with organising interviews
• Respond to employment applications
Essential:
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to deal with changing pri-orities
• Ability to prioritise workload and work proactively with minimum supervision
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive people relationships and to build strong links with all departments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and deliver solutions
• Excellent administration skills
• Good computer skills primarily use of Outlook, Word, Excel
• Full clean driving licence
