We re currently looking for a self-motivated, confident, and highly organised Audit Co-ordinator to become an integral member of our team.
You ll be responsible for co-ordinating, collating and reviewing audit evidence (financial and client files) for external audits. You ll identify any gaps in evidence, risks of financial penalties, and mitigating risk on future audits. You ll also be responsible for the implementation and over seeing of our partners archiving procedures, identifying and reporting on any issues.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in audit compliance. You ll have exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills and have a real commitment to compliance. However, we re not necessarily looking for someone who ticks every box, we are looking for some who is a self-starter, with tenacity to see projects through to completion .
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we re offering a competitive salary range GBP26,000 to GBP29,545 p.a. /pro rata (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Skills and Experience
Essential
In-depth understanding of requirements of audits in relation to guidance set out by the European Social Fund, GIAA.
Working knowledge of spreadsheets
Attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy
Integrity and exceptional interpersonal skills
The ability to implement new systems and processes
A proven communicator in the written and spoken word, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, Senior Management Team and operational staff
Qualified to GCSE level Grade C or above in English and Maths
A willingness to travel in order to provide support to a dispersed and multi-site organisation
Desirable
Qualified at a HND or Degree level
