HOSPITALITY AND SALES ADMINISTRATOR
ROLE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION
To support the Partner Delivery and Hospitality sales team working closely with the Hospitality and Sales Coordinator carrying out administrative tasks.
WHAT TYPE OF PERSON ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 2 years office administrative experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, ability to quickly build trust and relationships.
IT literate and highly competent in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Pro-active, confident and a self-starter.
Good organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key team player - the ability to work in a team, and can also work effectively as an individual. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the Partner Delivery and Hospitality sales team and Hospitality Sales Coordinator
Producing Sales Proposals, Contracts & Presentations for the team
Assisting the Hospitality Coordinator with inbound hospitality bookings and ticketing.
Creation and management of menus and table and seating plans for Hospitality areas
Manage charity lounge inquiries and delivery of event
Processing all card payments for Hospitality bookings
Creating quarterly Newsletter and sending to relevant stakeholders
Collate information for annual hospitality collateral requirements
Managing correspondence to Commercial event attendees and supporting event management
Liaising with all other departments where necessary to fulfil main duties. To undertake any other duties deemed commensurate with the post and as directed by management and / or the Company
