Office Administrator - Part time - 2 full days a week - Tuesday and Wednesday
Temporary for 4-5months
Outskirts of Wickham Market
GBP10.00 - GBP11.00 per hour
Conrad Connect are pleased to be working with an established business on the outskirts of Wickham Market. Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join their established team on a Part Time basis for a 4-5-month temporary contract. The working hours are 2 full days a week on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
The successful candidate will have previous experience gained working in a varied Office Administration position. You will have strong communication and Word and Excel skills.
Duties
Fielding incoming calls, transferring to relevant dept./person, taking messages
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, logging, distribution, scanning where required and saving to system
Typing reports, fees and letters, collating information for tender submissions
Assisting Office Manager with updating and distributing of internal company documents
Meeting and greeting visitors. Ensuring meeting room is clear and tidy prior to meetings, providing refreshments and lunch where required
