Our superb client based in Wymondham is seeking an experienced Part Counter Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As Part Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for:-
* Taking parts orders and making internal and external sales calls to support company parts campaigns.
* Answering incoming calls & dealing with queries.
* Allocating stock on arrival.
* Checking delivery notes and parts to be booked in on stock system.
* Take orders from service engineers.
* Process job cards
* Parts returns
* Picking parts for service visits.
* Operate a forklift
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Parts Counter Assistant, you will have:-
Previous parts / trade experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving ability
A cheerful, professional outlook
Excellent time management skills.
