ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE - GREAT DUNMOW - CIRCA GBP10ph
Are you looking for a new manufacturing role and live in the Great Dunmow area? Then this could be an ideal position for you to join a great company that will provide full training, in order to become a skilled assembly operative!
The company are leaders in manufacturing cable components for systems that are used in medical, aerospace, and automotive industries, and other industries.
Starting salary will be circa GBP10ph but will be based on previous experience. OTE for this role could be up to GBP25,000 per annum, dependant on hours worked each week, with overtime paid at 1.5x rate.
The role is 38 hours a week and the hours of work are 08:00-16:30, Monday-Thursday with an early finish on Fridays!
Duties could include:
Detailed soldering
Assembly of cable components
Follow detailed inspections of cable parts
Following wiring diagrams
Sticking to health and safety policiesBenefits:
Yearly bonus if company targets are met
Free parking
1.5x rate paid on overtime
New facilities currently being built
This is a permanent position, subject to a successful 3 month probation period.
