In Store Cleaning Manager Required at Ashby-De-La-Zouch
Atom Services are looking for a candidate with experience as a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor to oversee a team of staff that will provide high quality cleaning services.
Location: Ashby
Pay Rates: GBP13.00
Hours: 36 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising a team that provides a high quality cleaning service In-store.
- Creating a Rota for your team, training your team, being responsible for any holidays they may wish to take and creating timesheets so that your team are paid correctly
- Making sure of the health and safety of your team, including yourself, is a priority at all times
- Communicating with all members of your team to create a positive work environment and eliminate any forthcoming issues.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Manager or a cleaning Supervisor
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
